2. Services Provided
Jo&Me offers the following services:
Online tuition for students from Year 3 to A levels
Small group sessions
One-to-one sessions
Adult English language training
International student support and academic assistance
Recorded classes for absent students are available only upon parent request and are accessible for 3 weeks from the date of recording.
Recordings are for personal revision only; redistribution is prohibited.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Eligibility & Registration
For students under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must register, book, and manage the account.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and confidential.

Student Conduct
Students must:
Attend classes on time
Maintain respectful behaviour towards tutors and peers
Should Not record lessons unless explicitly permitted
Should Not share Zoom/meeting links, study materials, or login credentials
Tutor Responsibilities
Provide scheduled sessions punctually
Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment
Notify students of any unavoidable cancellations or changes

By the Student/Parent
You may discontinue at the end of any monthly billing cycle by providing written notice.
No refunds will be issued for partially used months.
By Jo&Me
We may suspend or terminate access if:
Payments are not made.
There is disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
Terms & Conditions are violated.
11. Changes to Terms
Jo&Me reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on the website, and continued use of the services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
